Xi'an Meinam Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Maenam High-Tech"), a national high-tech enterprise and a Class A reserve listed company in Shaanxi Province, is committed to continuous innovation and development. By integrating cutting-edge global technologies, the company has achieved remarkable accomplishments in the field of new materials. It researches and develops novel green eco-composite materials, focusing on two major directions: waterproofing and water retention. These materials are applied in areas such as structural self-waterproofing and desert ecological restoration, promoting green transformation and the development of desert carbon sink cycles.

The Phase I plant of Maenam High-Tech commenced production in October 2023, with an annual output value of approximately 200 million yuan. Meanwhile, the Phase II plant expansion project was officially signed between the Xixian New Area Airport New City and Maenam High-Tech on April 3, 2025, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan. Construction officially commenced on August 17, 2025. According to the plan, upon full production, the project will have an annual capacity of 120,000 tons and an annual output value exceeding 2.5 billion yuan. It is expected to create over 100 jobs, injecting new momentum into regional industrial upgrading and employment growth. The facility is set to become one of the largest green eco-friendly new material manufacturing bases in China.
