(hereinafter refers to"Maenam High-tech") was established in 2021 and is a national high-tech enterprise and a reserve listed A-class enterprise in Shaanxi Province. We are a technology enterprise specializing in the research and manufacturing of waterproof and water retention powder new materials, with a focus on sustainable development, carbon neutrality, environmental ecological restoration, and dual carbon direction. Since its establishment, the company has focused on the innovative research and development of new powder materials, including carbon neutrality, environmental ecological restoration, and the development, manufacturing, and industrialization of pollution-free waterproof and water retention powder materials in the dual carbon direction. It continuously pursues innovation and development combined with the world's cutting-edge technology, and has achieved significant achievements in the field of new powder materials, successfully developing a series of pollution-free, environmentally friendly waterproof and ecological restoration materials. Xi 'an Meinan Biotechnology Co., Ltd., refers to "Maenam High-tech" located at Shaanxi province, Xi'an city, Focus on the innovative research and development of new waterproof and water retention materials.We use our own customized production equipment to make raw materials into our core products, powder new materials, and then on the basis of powder new materials, we have developed two plates: waterproof series and water retention series.
The core products of our waterproofing series are waterproof sand and waterproof mortar. Both products are environmentally friendly and non-polluting. Waterproof sand is mainly used as a raw material for waterproof mortar and in combination with water retention agent. Waterproof mortar can be used directly for building waterproofing. Without damaging the appearance of the building, its service life can be the same as that of the building.
The main products in the field of water retention are water retention agent, saline-alkali soil improvers, and crop and tree improvers. Water retention agent is initially white powders that turn into semi-solid transparent crystals when water is added. Our water retention agent can store more than 1,000 times their own weight in water and can be reused. Saline-alkaline soil improvers, combined with waterproof sand, can effectively improve saline-alkaline soil, making it suitable for cultivation. Crop and tree improvers add fertiliser to water retention agent, providing nutrients to plants while supplying water.
In addition to these main products, our company has developed a high-value feed crop named Maenam 1, which grows to approximately 3 metres in height when mature and can be harvested 6–8 times annually. It has a higher protein content than oat grass and can effectively promote the development of the livestock industry.

Dr. Lu Wei, founder of Maenam High-Tech, was awarded the third prize in the National Commercial Science and Technology Progress Award (under the Science and Technology Awards of China General Chamber of Commerce) in December 2023 for the project "R&D and Industrialization of GT Microparticle Waterproof New Material Technology." In 2022, he was recognized as a High-Level Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talent and Overseas High-Level Intelligence Talent under the Shaanxi Qin Chuangyuan Initiative. In July 2023, he was selected for the 2022 Xi'an Talent Program as an Elite Entrepreneurial Talent.
