At the beginning of the event, Dr. Fan Baiyun from the Overseas Business Department of Maenam Hi-Tech delivered a wonderful technical demonstration for the foreign guests in the laboratory. Among the showcased technologies, the independently developed new waterproof and water-retaining materials became the focus of attention. The foreign guests showed strong interest in the new water-retaining materials, with particular attention paid to its core product – water-retaining agent. Maenam Hi-Tech's water-retaining agent for desert governance, boasting super-strong water storage capacity and remarkable ecological improvement performance, is like a "magic wand" in the field of ecological governance.

In vast desert areas such as the Taklimakan Desert in Xinjiang, the Mu Us Desert spanning Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia and Ningxia, the Hexi Corridor in Gansu, the Tengger Desert in Yinchuan, the Kubuqi Desert in Ordos, and deserts in Saudi Arabia, Maenam Hi-Tech has implemented a series of highly innovative projects involving desert governance, ecological restoration, and "photovoltaics + desert control" by virtue of its water-retaining agent. These projects have achieved remarkable results: they have not only effectively curbed the spread of soil desertification but also successfully promoted new green development models featuring complementary interactions between animal husbandry and photovoltaics, agriculture and photovoltaics, as well as forestry and photovoltaics. In the barren deserts, photovoltaic panels and vegetation complement each other, which not only realizes the efficient utilization of clean energy but also promotes the restoration and reconstruction of ecosystems, providing new ideas and solutions to global challenges in desert governance, ecological restoration, and photovoltaic-based desert control.

Subsequently, the foreign guests proceeded to visit Maenam Hi-Tech's desert governance experimental field with eager anticipation. In the experimental field, various drought-resistant plants thrived, forming green barriers that stood in striking contrast to the surrounding desert. Dr. Fan provided a detailed explanation of the governance process and key technical points of the experimental field. Every step, from soil improvement to vegetation selection, embodies the efforts and wisdom of researchers.

The foreign guests spoke highly of Maenam Hi-Tech's achievements in desert governance, believing that such experience and technology hold significant reference value for ecological governance in Turkmenistan.

This inspection, cooperation and exchange activity has laid a solid foundation for cooperation between China and Turkmenistan in the field of ecological governance. The Weinan Municipal People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries stated that it will continue to play its role as a bridge and link, and actively promote in-depth cooperation between the two countries in areas such as ecological governance and agricultural science and technology. By organizing more exchange activities and building cooperation platforms, it will facilitate substantive progress in technology transfer, talent cultivation, project cooperation and other aspects between the two sides.

This inspection, cooperation and exchange activity between China and Turkmenistan is like a seed of hope, sowing the prospect of cooperation in the field of ecological governance. It is believed that with the joint efforts of both sides, this seed will surely take root, germinate and thrive, bringing new opportunities and hope for the ecological construction and sustainable development of the two countries, and jointly painting a beautiful new blueprint for ecology.
