Description:

The new coupling agent is a kind of compound organic polymer material made by nanotechnology, and supplemented by micro nano metal material, which is made by special process of multiple reaction and polymerization.

The new coupler has multiple properties. After adding a small amount (mass ratio of 1.5-2 parts per 10,000) of the new coupler to solid waste, the physical and chemical reaction can make the solid waste have strong crack resistance,  pressure resistance,  water resistance and lasting stability. The compressive strength increased with the increase of d age,  180d>90d>28d>14d>7d;  Long-term stability after 180 days, irreversible. At the same time,  it can solidify the harmful substances such as heavy metals, phosphorus and fluorine in the solid waste,  and the leaching solution can reach the standard.

 

Case:

l After the solid waste is broken and graded, cement and new coupling agent are added to make new concrete materials.

l After the solid waste is crushed and pretreated, it can be made into a new material of roadbed by adding cement and a new type of coupling agent, with 7 days unconfined compressive strength ≥ 3.9 MPa. (The unconfined compressive strength standard of medium and light traffic base of national expressway and first-class highway is 3-5MPa)

l After solid waste is treated, cement and new coupling agent are added to make fluid solidified soil, which can be used for foundation pit, mine backfill, ecological restoration, etc.
