Large-scale dams are long-term faced with multiple tests such as high-speed water flow scouring, sediment cutting, freeze-thaw cycles, chloride ion and sulfate erosion. Meinan High-Tech Waterproof Mortar specifically solves various pain points and adapts to the full-scenario waterproof needs of dams:

Water Level Fluctuation Zone Protection: This area is severely affected by alternating dry and wet conditions and freeze-thaw cycles. The product can withstand more than 300 freeze-thaw cycles, without cracking or peeling in the extreme temperature range of -30℃~80℃, and can effectively resist frost heave damage. At the same time, its excellent chemical corrosion resistance can block the invasion of harmful ions in water, delaying concrete carbonation and steel bar corrosion.
Spillway and Stilling Basin Anti-seepage: Aiming at the problems of high-speed water flow (flow velocity up to tens of meters per second) and sediment abrasion in spillways, the product adopts a high-strength mineral aggregate compounding process, and its wear resistance is 5-8 times that of ordinary C50 concrete. It can bear the impact and cutting of pebbles and gravel carried by water flow, and has stable anti-seepage performance, avoiding cavitation damage to the dam structure caused by water flow penetration.
Dam Crack and Expansion Joint Repair: The product can be directly constructed on wet base surfaces without additional leveling layers. It can penetrate and fill cracks with a width ≤0.3mm, generate insoluble crystals through mineral hydration reaction, block water seepage channels, and form a permanent waterproof barrier; after construction, it deforms synergistically with the original concrete to avoid secondary cracking of the repaired parts.
